ANGUS GUNN JOINS NOTTINGHAM FOREST

Congratulations to our long-standing Triple S Sports Management client, Angus Gunn, who has signed for Nottingham Forest.

The Scottish international goalkeeper brings a wealth of experience with him to the City Ground, having begun his career at Norwich City before signing his first professional contract with Manchester City in 2013 at just 17 years old. His journey has since seen him feature in the Premier League with Southampton, before returning to his hometown club Norwich in 2021.

Angus arrives on Trentside with valuable Premier League pedigree, having made 35 league appearances for Norwich in the 2024/25 season, and totalling 172 appearances for the Canaries over two spells.

On the international stage, Angus has been capped 16 times for Scotland and was ever-present in their 2024 European Championship campaign.

Speaking about his move to Nottingham Forest, Gunn said: “I am really happy to be here. This is a historic Club on an exciting journey and I’m looking forward to being a part of it and getting to work. I’m joining a good group of keepers, and I believe my experience will add something to the team. I can’t wait to get going.”

Chief Football Officer, Ross Wilson, added: “We are pleased to welcome Angus to Nottingham Forest today. He joins a strong goalkeeping department and adds his experience to the group. I know how much Matz has enjoyed his work with Rui Barbosa, and I’m sure Angus will enjoy that same coaching and support as he settles into the club.”
